I was waiting too long to check inI was quoted £700 for 1st full service and mot. Thought it was expensive but no comparisonHowever Taylor told me on collecting that they had mid quotes and it was £400Happy and annoyed at the same time

I thought Mark Graham gave excellent customer service throughout however he was scuppered by the deals BMW are currently offering compared to other motor manufacturers. You were far better than the service I'd received from BMW Sytner Nottingham (whom I'd got the car from!)

The costs quoted on the safety survey should include labour cost, it isn’t worth anything without the complete picture.

The young guy who introduced my new vehicle to me. Explained everything including the app I found him exemplary and so very helpfull and I'd like to thank him. Without his intervention it in no doubt be a mission
