You could of offered a service plan. My warranty is about to expire and I received an email about it and renewed online. I would of taken a service plan as well if offered

Taylor did a great job booking me in and getting my vehicle through a break service. The courtesy was was very disappointing though as the car was only half clean with lots of brake dust still on the wheels and some mess still left on the roof. After spending almost 600 quid I'd have thought the washing would have been a little better.

I was dealt with courteously and professionally.The re-visited price for pads and discs for the front at £460 was acceptable. The initial price of £590 was astronomical and un affordable.

I had to return to the dealership, a couple of days later, as the service interval which was correct when I collected the vehicle, overnight reverted back. The issue was quickly resolved, thank you. The staff I dealt with in the dealership were excellent.
