When I arrived and handed my key over the chap seemed to be having trouble finding my booking. I was asked if I had booked my car in for the day, so obviously there was a problem but when I showed evidence that I had booked I was then told my car wouldn't be ready until late afternoon but the MOT was booked for 12:00. If it wasn't going to be done at 12:00 why wasn't I told as I may have be planning on waiting. The video didn't show the tyre depth being measured and was not very informative.

A* customer service with Sean - service advisor. Nothing was too much trouble, clear information regarding costings etc. Excellent communication throughout the day.Many thanks for arranging a taxi to take me to work and on the return journey.Car valeted & washed lovely surprise.

As usual excellent service from all the staff.Jordon always explains in detail what the issue is , the solution and the cost.Booking in for service and MOT is simple and he always phones to let me know the vehicle is ready for collection, any issues etc. First class - as always.
