Big call out to Jack Bourne who helped me get into a new car with BMW. Had previously a bad experience with BMW North Staffs but things have turned round from what i could see. Jack was attentive, great communication throughout, and helped me choose a car that I'm very impressed with. Nothing was too much trouble, and overall a great experience.
