6 weeks after purchasing a brand new BYD Atto3, a major fault occurred. The car was in Lookers Middlesbrough for over 9 weeks before supposedly being fixed. Hardly any communication from the dealership during the ordeal, no apology or compensation offered, and to top it off, when the car was collected it was not cleaned at all, it had 9 weeks worth of dirt inside and outside, absolutely shocking behaviour.

We purchased a BYD seal u in November 2025 . Upon collection of the car and inspection my husband realized the car had not been valeted and decided to reject the car however the salesman offered to have it cleaned so we agreed and waited over 60mins for this to happen .The car was meant to be fully charged but wasn't.There' were number plates for our private registration that were meant to be left in the car which were not. We were then told they would be posted out to us before Xmas which they weren't .My husband then rang Alex the salesman who' said he had posted them out without any tracking and they have gone missing which means anyone could be using them ,!!!!? Needless to say we have now received a new set. The final straw is that we were told the car had a full inspection before we received it' which is totally untrue as we are constantly having to blow up the near side rear tyre which my husband questioned when he rang regarding the missing number plates .I now would like the matter of the tyre addressed at your local branches to me as there quite obviously an issue

Karl was absolutely brilliant with us from start to finish. Not a pushy salesman but very informative and we are delighted with our new BYD seal. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

We bought our Golf from yourselves in April 24 since then the car has been back at least 4 times for locking us out of it, the screen not working when this happens we have no use of the lane assist heaters or radio, it was back in on 12th for key not working and the screen, it had a software update key apparently repaired, Thursday morning key doesn’t work and no screen, after spending so much money on this car as you can imagine I’m not happy, I received a survey about the service on which I said I wasn’t happy, I received a call on Friday the car is again booked in for 24 th November, I am having to take days off work to get the problems supposedly fixed yet I am still having the same issues time and time again, surely at this point I deserve to get a new key and fob at your cost as the problem started shortly after buying the car looked forward to hearing from yourselves.
