Collection of vehicle after service

Today I brought my Audi A3 in for service and m.o.t . I approached the gentleman sitting at his desk in the service department . I sat down he took details and then informed me my service would cost over £400. When I rang up to book the car in, I was told I had one service and two m.o.t's left as part of my service plan. When I questioned this, the man just gave one word answers. The customer service has been terrible since I bought the car. When I picked the car up after purchasing it, I pointed out a couple of marks on the paintwork. I was told they would " sort" them. I've heard nothing from yourselves, and I've mentioned it on four or five occasions. Also when I picked the car up I noticed later that the tyre pump and solution was missing. I rang up to inform you and was told I had to take a photograph of the space where it was supposed to be, what??. It was as if you were accusing me of lying. I was then told to call in to the showroom and they would give me one. I called in a few days later and nobody knew what I was talking about. I sat for over half an hour when eventually one of your employees walked past me and asked if I was ok. I told him why I was there, he said , give me two minutes, he went away and returned with the pump. He apologised for me having to wait, and at that time I told him about the marks on the paintwork and front drivers side wheel. He took photographs and said he would get back to me that week because he was off and had just called in to get something. I'm still waiting and that was probably a year ago now. I was wanting to enquire about getting a newer car today but have changed my mind. I've had nothing but bad experiences with yourselves unfortunately
