The reason for 4 stars is that there was no X5 for me to look at in the showroom. I imagine that the X5 is a popular vehicle for BMW, so thats why I removed a star. Im sure thats me thinking the world revolves around me, and that you should always have just the exact car I want in the showroom, but you asked ;)Onto the great bit, I was met by Dan Hughes who was courteous, polite, friendly, and professional. He put me at ease and answered my questions very easily. He also suggested that we look at a demo X5 that was on site. A top salesman to be honest. I spent lots of years in sales, and I would have given him a job for sure.Dan contacted me a couple of days after our meeting to touch base, which was fine.In conclusion, I do plan to purchase a car from your dealership. It wont be for a month or 2, because I will buy it outright and I need to save a few more pennies.

Would really have liked to support these helpful chaps on a purchase, had it not been a perfect spec vehicle became available.Who knows, a next time ?

Unfortunately you couldn’t sell me a M2. I bought one from Sytner.Cannot understand say if a comfort spec car is £66,000 and a track pack car is discounted to £66,000 when finance illustration is produced the cars monthly payment with the comfort spec is £200 less than the car with the track pack. This needs to be looked into if anyone can be bothered.
