Sales person was keen to help and answer our questions. Lost one star ( was very nearly 2 stars) as when I dial a local phone number I expect to get the local dealership not a Glasgow call center!

Tim and Andrew were brilliant to deal with, unfortunately we couldn't complete a deal, that was more from my side, they did everything they could and i found them very professional and accommodating.I would 100% recommend their services and will try and use in the future.

Very happy with the purchase of our new car, only one negative thing to mention was the time frame in receiving our refund from our old car even though the deal was done 2 weeks prior to collection. This should have been ample time to set everything up but this didn't happen and we ended up doing the chasing which shouldn't have been needed. My wife was also told "I must understand that I'm not the only customer that the accounts have got to deal with". We understand that but everything should have been put into place in time.
