Rebecca was very helpful in all respects, but the part exchange allowance was too low for me to proceed with the purchase. Topped infact by £2000 from another dealer who had a similar car Rybrook Worcester.I didn't however purchase that car - it was blacck and Portomao Blue is the better colour, but there are similar cars to my trade in on the Autotrader site for an asking price of £33995, so £23500 was a bit short of my expectations. Im still in the market, just not at those figures. Rebecca Moreton was first class.

Overall experience was very good Joshua Horner was a pleasure to deal with, he kept us informed throughout the purchase process. Handover of the vehicle was excellent with Joshua and Matthew especially attentive.The only negative was after driving the new vehicle home I noticed the rear number plate had been installed at a crooked angle not straight, it looked awful, I had to remove the number and install it so that it was level. Annoying!

To be clear about the finance question I stated earlier that I didn’t need it.I’m very happy with Sam Bell the sale person who was involved with my enquiry from day one to the time of collecting the vehicle.
