Greg Bailley is an absolute gentleman, friendly, approachable, knowledgable. Just exactly what we wanted in a sales person. I can honestly say, the service received was second to none and would certainly reach out to Greg for our next vehicle change.

Rebecca Moreton was very helpful and had the car I wanted in stock 200i Coupe in Portimao blue, but the trade in was short of what I needed to proceed and I note now the cars price has even been increased which now also increases the , 'balance to change'. If there was a better trade in allowance and some margin in the car then perhaps we can revisit the deal. Also in this day and age with long distance deals I feel that delivery should be included and not charged to the customer. I have had several cars delivered to me from out of county and baring a classic Alfa spider I own, I have never paid for delivery.

Sam Bell was very helpful, thorough and knowledgeable, he was able to answer all of my questions and assist me by providing many choices of vehicles within the group, sadly this could not be matched to my requirements. Many thanks.

Exceptional service from Tim & Samuel Bell at Lookers BMW CreweI was treated with courtesy and respect and the car was beautifully presented and I cannot fault the fantastic communication skills and Samuel was very Knowledgeable about the BMW M product! - The best buying experience of a car in many many years and certainly far better than the more recent purchase of 2 new Porsche 911’s totalling £250000 with appalling customer service and no return phone calls and a snobbish culture which after a few visits to different dealers looking for a more useable summer toy recently I was expecting this behaviour at lookers Crewe when I went to view the BMW M4 But I was absolutely amazed the whole team were fantastic and very pleasant and nothing was any trouble and everything which was promised was delivered which is very special in my opinion and even though this is simply somebody doing the job they are paid to do when somebody does it properly and professionally it’s fantastic and I am very impressed with the whole process!!!5******I would like you to pass my sincere thanks to Tim & Samuel at Crewe and we look forward to dealing with them in the near future for the next purchase of a BMW product!David Bradley
