After explaining all my needs the car i was looking for was not brought to my attention, which i found by default i.e. M550i which i have now purchased.

You had the new vehicle I would have purchased but could not agree a price for my P/Xsadly. Happy with the two guys that I spoke to, just figures did not work

It was a recall for the drivers airbag. The process of handing the car over and receipt of a courtesy car was very smooth and efficient. The work was carried out within the time span indicated. Notification of completion was made to my mobile and not my home number as requested. This is due to poor mobile reception where I live, hence I did not get the message that the the car could be collected until I phoned to inquire. Sarah dealt with me at receipt of the car and Mathew at hand over. Both performed very well with friendly courtesy.

Excellent Service

Most aspects were excellent. I have marked booking experience down as I was told I would have a loan car on booking and I even phoned a week beforehand to check that this was recorded. I was told that it was. When I arrived (16th March) there was no loan car and nothing on the paperwork to say that one had been requested. All this followed on from an earlier abortive attempt to book my car in and I had a phone call on the morning just before setting off to say that the loan car had not been returned and that I could either have a taxi or rebook with a loan car. I chose to rebook with a loan car and was told that I would receive another phone call during the day to arrange this. When I got the call the earliest date that could be rebooked with a loan car was the 16th March and I told the person that my MOT ran out on the 14th March. I asked if they could book the car in earlier with a taxi or just to do the MOT rather than MOT plus service and was told 'no'. I had to wait until the 16th. Looks like the loan system needs addressing!

This was a recall booking. Disappointed Lookers no longer offer the pick-up and return service I have used in the past. And a courtesy car was not available for 7 weeks.Sarah on reception was very helpful and efficient
