I want to make a complaint regarding an ongoing repair and the service (and lack of customer care) received to date from 2 representatives of your Crewe BMW garage. Please contact myself or my husband on 07733014145.I will also be emailing the garage direct about how we have been treated and spoken to today and in our opinion how your company have tarnished the BMW brand.

You asked me to contact you yesterday about the review I published on Friday morning.Lookers Crewe is well aware of my issue & I did tell them I was going to complain to BMW UK if it wasn’t resolved.The people that I have spoken to at the garage in Crewe are Aimee (since Sept 25) Steve, & someone called Matt is supposed to be calling me back on Monday the 22nd December.Aimee also called me back on Friday afternoon, after I had been into the garage to complain face to face to the service & parts manager & she has told me that someone called Simon will contact me on Monday, as she has now finished for the Christmas break.Please let me know what further information you require.It’s very disappointing that the only way to get someone at BMW Lookers in Crewe to actually do anything, is to kick up a fuss & complain. For a car over £100,000 I would expect a much better customer service experience than what I have had.I look forward to hearing back from you.

1. My brand new X1 car bought in October 2025 had a drivetrain failure alarmed after approximately 3 weeks. A software update was performed but 24 hours later the failure was again alarmed.2. Car returned for repair on 3rd December 2025 and it was decided to replace the starter/generator. Since then work on the car has been intermittent with sudden needs of extra parts (it appears the work was started without all the necessary parts were available). As of 19th December 2025, still do not know when the car repair will be completed.3. My brand new car has had to have a major repair. There is a significant probability that its future reliability has been significantly reduced. I therefore want either a brand new replacement car to the same specification as the one I bought or my money back.

My Vehicle ( M4 ) was brought into the Crewe branch on the 29th of November for a major service, this was booked in slightly early due to a smell drawing through the heater matrix, upon the health check being performed it was identified there was leak in the rocker cover, I requested for the repairs to be completed based on the quote and requested a curtesy car which was claimed that this couldn't be sourced ( no curtesy car available until mid- December) however I expressed this was required for work and could something be done there was no update provided until I called the branch on the the 4th of December only to be met with excuses and no update on the repair completion date or curtesy car. during this time I have asked for a call from the manger of the service and repairs team 3 times the last being Friday the 5th of December

Hello, we visited Crewe Lookers today, Friday, to book in for a winter service. As we were leaving there was an absolutely terrible downpour. The lovely young lady on reception, (who is always helpful and professional), produced an umbrella and shielded us one at a time to our car. The rain was horrendous, a real freak storm so this kind action was much appreciated. Thank you.Peter and Mary Baker

Dear SirsRe: Service appointment Lookers BMW Crewe - A4KGK BMW 1 seriesI booked a service at the Lookers BMW Crewe for 9am Wednesday 26 November 2025. I was advised that if I arrived before 9am and I stayed with the vehicle I would be able to wait and retrieve the car by 11am.I duly arrived at the service station at 8.45am and the service was registered.I waited, but by 10.17am the car had still not been moved into the service department. I went to the service desk and was told that the issue would be investigated. A little later a lady came and reported that the car service record had not been listed as a “wait” and it would would be ready for collection by 5pm.I explained regarding the previous agreement and explained that I had another appointment scheduled for 11.30am.I was asked to make another appointment for the future if I could not leave the car, so I was given the keys and I left.This is not how I envisaged a BMW service would be undertaken and, in truth, was a waste of two and a half hours and petrol costs.Please investigate this incident for me.Best wishesGeof Kaufman
