The rear passenger tyre pressure has a problem, during the service this should have been looked at. The garage inspected the rear driver tyre not the rear passenger. At the time of the booking the advisor was told twice which tyre needed inspecting. It is very disappointing that the service team only followed the instruction on the booking. The car was previously in the garage in October to investigate the same problem that has never been resolved. The service obviously didn’t check the previous records, and they could easily have checked the tyre pressure electronically in the car to see the lowest pressure was in the rear passenger tyre. The three other tyres were not checked during the service. This all means a third visit to the garage to resolve the outstanding problem. All very frustrating and annoying that I have to put air in the tyre every week. This is the first BMW I have purchased and so far i am not having a great experience.

Vey poor telephone experience getting to speak to the service department.Eventually I had to go through one of the sales team and ask for the service department to contact me.Sarah Fletcher was excellent when the car was being serviced,I couldn’t have asked for anybody better, even dealing with my complaint the following week.She is a credit to the company.

I wish other vendors of products were as helpful and friendly as the Lookers Crewe people. Even the lady cleaning the coffee machine was very happy and helpful.

The staff are always very pleasant and do a great job. Mathew Rae in particular is fantastic his customer service skills are fabulous he can’t do enough for his clients .

For an MOT, it would be good if I was able to wait for my car, as I believe the MOT only takes 45 minutes. It can be inconvenient to leave the car for 6 or more hours.
