The only problem I had was on of my seat belt connected to the third belt at bottom rear seat.and could not release. I phoned and was told to drop in and it would be fixed. I read my had book and this told me how to release it, but not really a problem.

Excellent service, as always, from the sales team (Richard Green) but I changed my mind before going through the finance options and additional products. I decided to keep my current 3 year old BMW 3 series for a bit longer.

The young lady I dealt with on the day was very professional and kept in contact with me during the day so I could return at the appropriate time.She then went through the work done and advised of upcoming service items .The service video was a great service.Overall very impressed
