I was really impressed with the service of Lookers Crewe in handling my request for out of warranty support from BMW for a failed component that should have lasted the lifetime of the vehicle (LED Light Cluster). They kept me informed at every stage and brought the matter to a satisfactory conclusion in a very efficient manner. It has emphasises for me the importance of maintaining a relationship with a main dealer.

Andrew Russell went above and beyond expectations to ensure we had a pleasant purchasing experience. I would happily recommend this branch to friends and family off the back of this service. Thank you!

The only small criticism I have is that although my service was booked well in advance I was sent emails on a regular basis requesting I booked the service after this. Even after my service a week later I am receiving messages to book a service.Should your data base be a little more synchronised.

I would like to say a huge, thank you to Louise, who really looked after me and couldn’t do enough to help and support me. I’ve been poorly recently with rheumatoid arthritis and this was the second engine fault on my car within two weeks. Naturally, I was very worried about another large bill when trying hard to keep my head above water, financially like everyone else during the cost of living crisis. I can honestly say the customer service and support that I received was exceptional and above and beyond and made a massive difference to me at this difficult time.. I’ve driven BMW most of my life , and I will never forget. I’m very grateful for everything that Louise did to help me to minimise the financial impact to me. Thank you so much I’m very grateful.
