Steve Edge was very helpful. Unfortunately the pricing of the car I was very keen on was high compared with others and Stev Edge made it 100% clear there was no room for negotiation. I decided to buy from another dealer who did negotiate.

My initial visit to the Crewe branch was very useful and I was made to feel like a valued customer. Unfortunately the boot space in the I1X was a little smaller than I had hoped. This along with the fact there were no used cars on site to view, left me to walk away but leave my details. The gentleman I spoke to do did try calling me and left numerous messages but at times when I could not answer due to work. I did respond asking for an idea of the monthly payments on the used car he said he had in stock but have since not received a reply. I don't believe it would have been within my budget and due to the smaller boot size it would have had to have been a good deal to sway me towards this car.
