Very friendly and efficient service, one of the best new car buying experiences.

Dealt with Sam Bell for the purchase of both our cars and it was a very pleasant experience. Sam was very helpful and answered all our questions. My sale went through with no problems. It was a pleasure to do business with him.Lewis, the product genius, went through all the features in the car and was extremely helpful. There was nothing that he couldn't answer and told us that he was always available for any questions or queries we had about the car after the sale.

Excellent communication skills, would recommend the sales team to anyone.

Sam is very patient and did his best in communicating what information was available in a difficult 12 months from order to delivery. Sometimes that information was a bit vague but I accept this was honest and not to give unrealistic expectations. He has a good manner and I hope I can do business with him in the future. Customer delay compensation was a generous surprise, especially since the delays were not at all of the dealerships making.

When i visited it would of been helpful to have been told that the Lookers BMW dealership was not at it's listed address due to the building of the new facility, it took some time to find it behind the MINI dealership as there were no signs on the roadside.
