I find BMW very accommodating in all aspects. Their approach to serving the customer, and sorting the service on the car out is really very good, nothing to much trouble thank you Matt for your input 5⭐️

When I picked up my vehicle it was rather chaotic at the dealership but Mr Rea (?) stepped in to deal with me and he was extremely polite, helpful and efficient. His approach was much better than the communication, welcome etc I had experienced up to that point.

Understanding the current location restrictions, the overall handover of the vehicle was acceptable and both Sam and Lewis did very well, but the experience was tainted due to conditions presented to them.

Overall it has been a great experience with the team at Crewe. From the initial phone call to the end process Samuel (Sam) Bell has been great. On car collection day, the whole team did a great job and made me feel comfortable and made me feel important, exactly how customer service should be. Martin, the manager came up to me to check in to see how it was going a couple of times, which I thought was great of him. The whole team were brilliant including Andy (I hope I got the name right) who stepped in for Sam on the day for most of the handover. The Car drives like a dream and I enjoyed the 3-4 hour drive back to London. The only slight criticism I would have is, it feels like the cars windows (windshield, back, rear and side mirrors) were completely missed in the cars prep as they are extremely scratched (some worse than the others, the rear and right side wing mirror is in a very poor condition). I had not noticed on the day as it was raining quite heavily and I had only noticed the next day. Even for a used car, the windows are really bad and something I feel could and should have been picked up during prep. I have emailed Sam regarding this asking for advice before I start to look into repairing them. However, this has not spoilt my car journey experience with BMW Crewe and I am sure the after care will be just as good! I will 100% recommend the team at Crewe to my family and friends, especially with some of them with old BMWs that I am sure need an upgrade!! I won't hesitate to come back for my future BMW (Hopefully a X5).
