Excellent throughout

As the dealership was sharing space with Mini and it was extremely busy, I was very impressed how calm Richard was dealing with what looked to be a very hard day not being in his bmw habitat and no real access to printers and such, he had everything in hand and ready to go, I look forward to attending the new bmw open day showroom in the future

The car was spotless when I collected it except for the inside of the windscreen. It was racing the day I collected it, however, the next day was sunny and this was when I saw how dirty the windscreen was. Apart from that, everything else was excellent.

Solid 5 star service from Sam Bell, kept me well informed and looked after! Very happy and couldn’t be happier with the new car !Would highly recommend !
