Dan the Customer service person who dealt with me was excellent. Also, Matt helped whilst Dan was with another customer. Both gave excellent service and communication. Same as previous visits. Also, nice to see the valeting service is back

Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful and positive. Affy, in particular, was superb and devoted so much time and effort to ensure we got the perfect car with the right deal. The whole process from identifying to collecting the car only took 6 days, but throughout Affy kept us fully updated on progress with emails and phone calls.

Always an excellent experience. I was served by Daniel Penfold on this visit and he is a credit to the business. He dealt with everything professionally and nothing was too much trouble. I was kept well informed about how the service was going and the costs of an issue i raised were all discussed prior to any work with no pressure. The pricing was also very competitive and the car was ready at the agreed time. Excellent all round.

We were very impressed with Matt Rae who dealt with us. As soon as we walked into the showroom he was aware that we were due to arrive and called us over. His friendly manner and professionalism were exemplary and while we were walking around the showroom he kept us informed as to when our car would be ready. He is a huge asset to your team.

Recognise the need to keep reminding people of bookings but after email, text and then more than one phone call it is a bit over the top. Others booking their car in also said the same thing.Only other thing was that despite saying my car would be washed & hoovered on pick up ( which I gave all day) it had not been. The receptionist recognised my disappointment & sent it back but even on return it was a very rushed job. However, service centre were very good.
