Hello, good eveningI hope you are well!I unfortunately came across a nail in the tyre which I understand will be replaced as runflats and safety concerns.When I came to look for the box as stated in the manual for the anti theft locking nut to remove the wheel, this wasn’t in there and not found anywhere in the car.I called the sales team and spoke to Tom who gave me some advice and next steps. Tom advised me that if I was to take to BMW liverpool (Williams) to look into the master key kit an check for the key code, with getting a spare key, I would expect a reimbursement as stated on the call.When came to checking the vehicle today, I noticed a piece of metal lodged the wheel locking nut (attached a photo to review)I’m upset with the lack of locking nut to replace the tyre but now to solve this safety concern, the BMW Liverpool seems the only way forward and now to replace the tyre.Can the 2 year warranty on tyres with star marking from new (11 October or the date they were changed) be used without cost to me?I look forward to your replyKind regards,Kallum Fortune

customer having issue with vehicle chraging issue, needs his vehicle cant leave all day for diagnostic as he live an hour away - customer not happy as he cant speak to branch and no one at the booking office can answer his question.

I brought my car in at 9.30am on Friday 24th October 2025 for the winter health check. I was told it would be ready at 5pm. Just after 5pm I went to my car and the complimentary clean of the car which I had been told had taken place quite clearly hadn't been done. I showed the customer service representative and she apologised. However this is not the first time I have experienced problems at this dealership. I have regularly used them for over 6 years and each time I go there is always some customer service issue. I would expect,at the very least please, for them to arrange to fully valet my car as was expected.

I booked my vehicle in at Lookers Crewe on 22/Sept/2025 for an Intermittent cuttingout problem booking Ref 35392 quoting the vehicle had a used car BMW warrantyand the vehicle was booked in for 1/October 2025 on arrival at the service desk wasattended to by the male service receptionist whom informed me that I had not bookeda courtesy car and informed him that I did book a courtesy car with him whenbooking the vehicle in where he informed me that I would be required to Pay a chargeof £35.00 I disputed this and he told me that no car was available and so I had noway of getting home to Stoke, but unknown to him I recorded the conversation and Iclearly shows that I requested a courtesy car and asked to see the Service manager butgot the usual answer HE IS IN A MEETING, I spoke to a female at the Service deskwhilst he was busy and asked if I could take the car to Lookers Stoke for a warrantyrepair she said yes so I went to lookers Stoke Service dept and booked the Vehicle infor the same problem intermittent cutting out after tick over informing the serviceperson that the vehicle had a BMW used vehicle warranty and booked the car in forMonday 6/October/2025 Job REF 310783 Copy Enclosed for assessmentBooked the car in with Sofia Pinto and she said that I would be called when thevehicle could be collected did not require a Courtesy vehicle as I live approx 1.2miles away some hours later I received a message on my mobile with a health reportand waited 1.5 hours for a call to say the vehicle was ready to collect but no call wasreceived and so I called the dealership I was put through to Sofia Pinto who said thatthe car was ready but the Technician had reported that the car required a NEWCLUTCH and that this was not covered by warranty I disputed this fault as theVehicle Runs perfect apart from the intermittent cutting out, after ao disagreement shetold me to take a photograph when the car cuts out a ridiculous statement photo ofwhat a stopped vehicle? and told her that she was telling me to take a photo with myMobile whilst operating a motor vehicle an offence under the Road Traffic Act sowhen I collected the vehicle I requested with Sofia Pinto to speak to the Servicemanager and was again informed the usual answer THEY ARE IN A MEETING andrequested that I would like to speak to the service manager to discuss the issue bytelephone or in person again NO CONTACT Sofia Pinto did say that her Managerwas aware of my wish to speak to herI purchased the vehicle from Lookers Crewe on 17/12/2024 at a Cost of over £20,000Cash Sale with a purchase Mileage of 14573 and the Service invoice shows a usedTotal Mileage to date of 17403 Completing a mileage of 2,830 since purchaseso went back into the dealership to make a formal complaint but Spoke to Sofia Pintoand told her that I wanted to make a formal complaint again she stated the ServiceManager WAS IN A MEETING and told her that I wanted to see someone today sheas I had NOT BEEN CONTACTED AGAIN she got a College from the back officeher name was Olivia she asked what the problem was I explain the situation and shesaid that she would call Crewe and address the problem for me and give me anupdate on what was the result of her intervention and left the dealership, and Olivia toher Credit did call my mobile approx 30/40 minutes later and say that she hadcontacted Lookers Crewe and said that she had spoken to someone but didn't give mea name and that they would call me to discuss the situation again I waited for 48hours BUT AGAIN NO CALL so I called Lookers Crewe and spoke to I assume wasthe Receptionist told her that I was waiting for a call she asked who from but I wasn'table to tell her and explained that Olivia from Lookers Stoke has spoken to thepossibly the Service Manager or Sales Manager she said she would check and getsome one to call me back again NO RETURN CALLSo on Friday 10/October/2025 went back into Lookers Stoke and spoke To Oliviaregarding the outstanding issue she informed me that she did call Lookers Crewe andthat the call would have been recorded so should be available to you to listen to recallthe conversation and credit to Olivia she whilst I was at her Desk using here Mobileand called Crewe don't know whom she spoke to but sure she would recall theincident if asked whoever she spoke to they said that the vehicle would be booked infor a 2 day investigation on 23/October 2025 I have had confirmation of the bookingand requested a courtesy car they again said that I had to pay a charge of £25.00 towhich I refused because this is a complaint and the vehicle is under warranty theythen agreed that the £35.00 fee would be waved.I would inform you that so as not to be accused of using the vehicle with a fault Ihave had an Independent vehicle inspection on the Vehicle by the AA and have awritten report and photos of the Vehicle InspectionMay I Respecfully Remind you that I vehicle that I purchased would be coveredunder the Consumer Rights Act 2015, this states that that all goods must be ofsatisfactory quality and fit for purpose and if goods fail to meet any of thesecriteria I am entitled to a Remedy: REPAIR, REFUND or REPLACEMENT.And would be looking to recover any costs incurred until the matter is Resolvedto my Satisfaction.Please also find a text message that I received on Friday the 7/October/2025 fromLookers from someone named Callum Beattie I don't know who this is although thewording is polite feel that this is in bad taste or someone thinking this is a Jokeregarding the unresolved situation.Your Immediate Response would be Appreciated

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the used BMW 840i registration number ND21EMX which I purchased from your dealership on 08 December 2025.Since the date of purchase, the vehicle has experienced multiple faults, including:• Electrical issues requiring battery replacement• Oil pump failure• Gearbox leak• Suspected engine oil leak just days after gearbox repairThese faults have significantly affected the car’s reliability and usability. While some repairs have been carried out under the used car warranty, the recurrence and severity of issues suggest the vehicle was not of satisfactory quality at the time of sale.Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am entitled to a vehicle that is fit for purpose, of satisfactory quality, and as described. I believe this car does not meet those standards.I am therefore requesting a final resolution. Specifically, I would like to discuss one of the following remedies:• A partial refund, reflecting the car’s diminished value and usage (approx. 10,000 miles)• A replacement vehicle of equivalent value and specification• A final repair with written assurance that the vehicle will be free of recurring faultsPlease treat this email as a formal complaint. I would appreciate a written response within 14 days. If we are unable to resolve the matter, I will consider escalating it to the Motor Ombudsman, Alternative Dispute Resolution, or Small Claims Court.
