Andy went above and beyond to find me the car I wanted, I didn’t want to pay as much as I did and got offered a deal £10 cheaper a month but I did the deal with Andy just because he was class from start to finish

I was contacted by Lookers to book my MOT and free inspection as my car is noe almost three years old. I was very pleased with all communications from Lookers, text reminder and telephone calls.I was just rather disappointed that my car had not been cleaned either inside or outside.

The staff are always very welcoming and professional. I brought my son (5) with me when I collected the car and one of the team (I have forgotten her name, she was on the welcome desk) brought him his own drink and biscuits which made his day.
