The sales person is not very responsive. I sent an email regarding a concern and haven’t heard back at all. Also, I keep receiving reminder email for signing an order which I have already completed

Matt at service was exceptional, very friendly and supportive.No criticism of the branch , but it would be good if Lookers would reintroduce the car wash and vacuum back as per pre covid days . Thank you

Both service advisor and receptionist were both very helpful and friendly.I would also like to say that the taxi service both home and back to pick car up was efficientThe service advisor also apologised for not having the car cleaned and stated I he would arrange for it to be cleaned if I return to dealership on another day

I was happy with the service but did ask for the car to be valeted specifically. This was NOT done internally or externally which was disappointing.

My car was returned dirty inside and dusty outside. Why has BMW stopped returning the vehicle in a clean and professional state. I appreciate this practice started during COVID, but I think it would be better to return the vehicle clean

Matthew in service was fantastic, he not only sorted my service but managed to squeeze me in several days earlier as I needed the car for a long journey.He kept me informed during the service.
