I enquired about a vehicle and during the process another customer reserved this vehicle on the basis of securing finance. This finance was rejected and the salesman got back in touch to see if i was still interested in the vehicle before it was going to be advertised again. I thanked him for getting back and informed him that i was looking for a model that was closer to my preferred choice. eg: colour/ spec etc.
