The next day, we noticed 2 dirty marks on the glove box cover, possible from passengers knee.Soon wiped off with some cockpit cleaner.

Personally I think the communication was excessive. After my phone call from Lookers to book my car in , I rec`d a text confirming my booking, then I rec`d a txt reminding me about my appt.Then I rec`d a txt about the BMW app. Then I rec`d a phone call reminding me about my appt !!Someone must think we are all stupid & not able to remember an appt.
