On the Vehicle Health Check form the ‘next service’date is incorrect.When I spoke to one of the service team I was told this was!!normal!!?and not to worry.!!!!!Why not to worry when everything these days is recorded digitally.I am a bit concerned.

Excellent service from Dan all the way through from initial enquiry to purchase. Dan then went on holiday and left is in the hands of Sam who was great on handover day. Also very useful 30 minutes or so with the tech guy (sorry can’t remember name) as the car was newer so had many different functions. Would definitely recommend Lookers.

This is my 5th BMW over 12 years and I wouldn’t buy a BMW from anywhere but Blue Bell Crewe and I would only want to deal with Greg Bailey, he gets to know you and your requirements and his customer service is second to none, even with a customer as particular and demanding as myself!
