Most excellent experience Matthew was very helpful and explained the report fully. I have re-booked my car to remedy a problem with the air flap motor.

A big improvement on the service side and was dealt with a smile and courtesy .Sarah was really nice to deal with and kepted me informed its the first time in many yearsthat I have not had to call and ask for an update

The person looking after my car was really friendly and made me feel like a valued customer.

Booking was average - call centre used; when I asked something about the vehicle, operative wasn't able to answer as this was only the booking service. Cannot see why it is necessary to have to sit down at a desk to discuss what was being done - a brake fluid change and recall. It increases waiting time - I just want to hand my keys in and for the folk to get on with it. That being said, the staff were excellent in terms of politeness. Prices though are too high when compared to the excellent service offered by a local garage - you only got the brake fluid job because the car was recalled.

Excellent apart from lack of cleaning of vehicles

The team at Crewe were friendly and welcoming. Andy Russell was great, nothing too much trouble and delivered our new car to a branch of Lookers nearer to our home.When we are in the market again for a BMW our first port of call will be Lookers Crewe.Thanks again Andy for your help.
