Booking online is unnecessarily difficult and there’s no option to book in for a courtesy car on the online system.Wash and valet was offered but not carried out as valet was off sick, free wash offered but not really viable option.

My car was initially booked in for an MoT waiting appointment. It then became subject of a recall notice for EGR replacement. I was provided with a loan car. The work was carried out promptly and professionally. All of the staff with whom I came into contact were unfailingly helpful and courteous. Thank you.
