Waited weeks to get feedback about enquiry. When finally someone contacted me feedback why it took so long was odd.

Well thankfully I didn't have to pay for a taxi home and back costing over £50.00 and had a slot for a 2 hour wait.In the past the windscreen wash was topped up and the vehicle cleaned really well. No windscreen wash topped up and the clean ended at the alloys. It was free but after spending over £400.00 on an oil change with filters (I don't use this vehicle very often, the car is 6 years old with a mileage just under 20000, thought the filters from 2 years ago would suffice). Good vacuuming inside though.

Service schedulesWhy do you ask for a time of drop off?Car dropped off 10:15 30/9, however via app it stayed in its original car space until 2:30/3pmBefore going on the rampsI was made to wait 15 mins when car dropped off2/10 they ‘might’ have the car ready for me, 3 daysEngine management warning has come on sporadically, first time they kept the car for two days only to be told cannot find anythingToday I have a call, changed spark plugs and thus might sort it…might! Two weeks ago I had to pull onto the hard shoulder due to limp mode and was then warned by policeReal confidence it ‘might not happen’Windscreen washers stopped working and during the service asked to be resolvedOver £220 to get them workingThe car is in warrantyI don’t design the internal workings so why should I pay for poor design?I called two other BMW dealers today and BOTH would rectify under warranty no chargeI keep being given excuses of low staff numbers in regard time to take to do a serviceFrankly that’s not my problem, going back to your customer service requesting a time for drop off when booking, why?? They do it whenever, no organisation, no serviceI am supposed to collect the car tomorrow, I WILL not pay for the washers to be rectifiedI also want the contact details of the Service Director of Lookers

I rang up a couple of weeks ago to obtain settlement quotes and make an appointment to come in to discuss changing both mine and my partners cars which we currently have on HP with BMW and I have not heard anything back at all.

Called in ad hoc and managed to see two cars that were relevant. Test drive experience excellent. Would love to know what the service side of things is though. How good are service compared to sales as this is a key part of a car purchase. Would need more confidence to actually proceed to a purchase.

The sales team were very good. Lots of information and helpful with any questions I had. Steve Fisher at crewe was very good.

Good morning,I am writing to raise queries following a number of issues on my vehicle. I would stress at this stage that the staff at Lookers Crewe have been entirely professional, but I have concerns nonetheless. My vehicle (CJ19 ENV) had a mandatory recall EGR replacement. Following this it has developed a number of issues relating to the turbo. Can you please kindly confirm:1. Based on your database, when was the EGR recall/replacement completed on my vehicle?2. Are there known issues with EGR replacement, including turbo failure?3. The initial fault, post-replacement, was diagnosed as a split vacuum hose within the exhaust manifold. This was fixed on 18/09/25, and the vehicle returned at approximately 4pm. By 9am on 19/09/25 a further fault occurred, which we are now advised is a pressure converter failure which was not present on the initial diagnostic repair on 18/09/25. Is it normal for a pressure converter to immediately fail in this manner? Is it possible that this may be linked to the EGR replacement? The repair/replacement of the pressure converter is being quoted at £707.02 (parts) and labour thereafter. I am sure you will appreciate that I am keen to identify whether there will be any continuing issues/costs with the vehicle in future. If you are unable to provide me with this information, for example because it is held at a local or corporate level, please provide the contact details for the relevant persons to assist me in my enquiries.Kind regards,Adam Moore
