Didn’t bother checking on availability of x3s from around the uk. Kept e mailing to see if I was still looking but never followed up anything. I think I could do a better job!,

I cannot state this was a professional service. I booked an upgrade for my BMW camera on my M2 J5 JYW, the Pro version at £609. I was informed I could have it back the same day. So I booked it for installation for 11 am on 12 November. After the booking Simon called to inform that it had to be programmed and would not be finished so would have to leave it for another day. The next came, another phone call - they had a problem they couldn't connect so a new cable was needed and BMW Crewe had no stock!! So another day gone.Eventually collected the car on Friday at 4 pm. No instructions, no information how to setup the app and many items on the dashboard not working.I could not connect to wifi to download photos so contacted Simon again / the technician was not in work so he would get him to phone me - no phone so chased again - eventually spoke to Matthew who assisted me to get it up and running. To be perfectly honest it has been very badly managed from start to finish.David Webster

Car parts including battery are covered under warranty but was told they were not covered for wear and tear so I was charged for a battery and diagnostics.Considering l have only had the car for 5 months the wear and tear has not come from the time I have owned the car. The car was purchased from Stoke Lookers

Absolutely rubbish service 80.6 hours to fit a clutch under warranty 1 update. On progress over 14 days had to Complain to BMW DIRECT to get them to contact the dealership I myself called into the dealership to see the clutch disassembled it then took another 6 days to rebuild the assembly if the dealership is happy with the Service provided I am 100% unhappy and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with someone in Authority

Hello,On the 3rd of November I took my BMW I4 to Lookers Crewe for a service.I paid £361 for the service.Today I discovered whilst refilling the washer bottle, that the plastic engine cover was not reattached after the service. This has left all the internals exposed. The cost of the service and this being a main BMW garage, it is inexcusible to find that this was not put back in place post service.I will be calling the garage on Monday the 17th and will be demanding that this is found and put back onto my car. What concerns me is this is not a small piece thats gone missing, it is an large plastic cover that goes over all the internal parts in the front. This means it is still at the garage, if it isn't, that means BMW Crewe have used it or taken it.This needs to be investigated immediately and found.Regards,Nicholas Gibson

Came to look at electric cars and had no follow up at all.

Hello, good eveningI hope you are well!I unfortunately came across a nail in the tyre which I understand will be replaced as runflats and safety concerns. When I came to look for the box as stated in the manual for the anti theft locking nut to remove the wheel, this wasn’t in there and not found anywhere in the car.I called the sales team and spoke to Tom who gave me some advice and next steps. Tom advised me that if I was to take to BMW liverpool (Williams) to look into the master key kit an check for the key code, with getting a spare key, I would expect a reimbursement as stated on the call. When came to checking the vehicle today, I noticed a piece of metal lodged the wheel locking nut (attached a photo to review)I’m upset with the lack of locking nut to replace the tyre but now to solve this safety concern, the BMW Liverpool seems the only way forward and now to replace the tyre. Can the 2 year warranty on tyres with star marking from new (11 October or the date they were changed) be used without cost to me?I look forward to your replyKind regards,Kallum Fortune

customer having issue with vehicle chraging issue, needs his vehicle cant leave all day for diagnostic as he live an hour away - customer not happy as he cant speak to branch and no one at the booking office can answer his question.
