The experience was incredible. Timing was perfect. Dan Bryan looked after me, he knew I was busy with work too (I work in the motor trade) so email was our best communication. Everything was done over the phone/emails before I got up there. I was happy to even travel 3 hours up to Crewe. Everything went smoothly and he even offered reassurance if anything went wrong. Customer service was spot on. Very happy with the dealership site and how the car was presented to me. Cannot fault. (Reason why I wasn’t offered a service plan is because I live far away) Thank you.

We experienced the sales executive having to defer to the manager to make a decision regarding finance, which just makes you feel unimportant, I want to be talking to the person who can make the decision.Go up the road to Audi and did not experience this, the sales executive had the autonomy to manage the sale and she closed the deal.

Ryan was a top guy. He got the car sorted in record time.

On our visit we were made welcome given water in an air con room.my wife and we’re thinking about walking to the mini garage. A young lady heard us and said it was to far to walk in the heat and she kindly arranged transport too and back. The work on the car was finished and completely valeted .
