The work was done satisfactorily, the staff were polite and efficient, the vehicle inspection was very useful.

The windscreen washer system had a blockage. I was told it was my fault for not topping up with a fluid. I was not aware I needed to do so. I thought you did that when servicing the vehicle. There should have been an instruction.

My car was booked in for van oil change only but I was told to leave it and come back at five in the evening to collect After some discussion it was agreed that the service would be done whilst I waited Pity this could not have been agreed in advance. Bring back collection and delivery which is readily available from other local dealers

Not really the salesman was great just when you sent a email and you get no reply you should ring to make sure the customer as received the email not leave until a few hours before going to pick the car up putting it back by a hour to pick the new car up apart from that great always come back to bule bell crewe very helpful
