On our visit we were made welcome given water in an air con room.my wife and we’re thinking about walking to the mini garage. A young lady heard us and said it was to far to walk in the heat and she kindly arranged transport too and back. The work on the car was finished and completely valeted . Our thanks to all great service.

Rob Lester, Sales Executive couldnt do enough to ensure my visit was 100% satisfactory. Rob had a very comprehensive knowledge of the vehice I decided to buy. He went to great detail in explaining the benefits of GAP, Service Plans, Extended Warranties, and Paint & Upolstery protection. Nothing was too much trouble.

I am absolutely delighted with my new X3, it’s exceeded my expectations and it was well worth the wait. I’m so glad I moved back to the BMW brand.The service from Richard Green and Lewis English was fantastic. Richard kept me informed throughout the 6 month wait for the car and the hand over of the car was a such smooth experience. Lewis ensured I knew what I needed to know about the car and has offered further support if required in the future.Without a doubt I would buy a car from BMW Lookers.
