Not really everything was fine, you just didnt have the X3 in Crewe that i was looking for.

As this is my 3rd BMW from the same Lookers/BMW centre (Crewe, Cheshire) I think actions speak louder than words on this occasion.

This is our 4th BMW from Lookers at Crewe and have always found Greg Bailey and the dealership very professional and nothing is too much trouble.

I have always found the staff to be friendly courteous and efficient. My car is leased and the booking system via the Lessors website leaves a lot to be desired. However this should not reflect on the excellent service I have received from this dealership. I did Finnish up paying for an MOT that should have been charged to the leasing company as I have a full servicing contract with them. I am currently trying to obtain a refund for the charge incurred £54.85. This was all due to the inefficient Lessors online booking system unfortunately. I would certainly recommend Lookers BMW at Crewe as a pleasant experience.
