I dealt with Matthew Rae - he was excellent. Kept me informed, did his best to keep control of my bill, tried to get me a courtesy car, was knowledgeable and friendly. Communication on progress dropped off a bit (I believe Matt was away) and I had to chase progress with others. Valet of the inside was a bit perfunctory - looked like it had been done quickly with loads of bits missed. Overall though, very good experience despite the bill!
