Rob Lester, Sales Executive, was superb. He worked really hard to find us a new series 2 Active Tourer which we could pick up within a very short time. This could not have been easy at this time. He answered my many emails and phone calls patiently and thoroughly. He is a credit to your company. This comes form a former Training Centre manager from a national company who was responsible for all technocal training and selling skills. I am not easy to impress!Please give my congratulations and thanks to Rob.

My last visit was to repair an intermittent climate control fault which did not show up when the car was first presented for diagnosis. Whilst frustrating for me, a fault evident for several weeks, I understand the concept of a computer on wheels, where such problems can be hard to diagnose. However pleased to finally have the matter resolved. Matt my normal contact was courteous as ever as was his manager Gary, who had a good chat with me to explain the process and empathise with me for the inconvenience that these issue can cause.

we visited Blue Bell BMW as we had a pot hole accident which had damaged our alloy wheel and tyre. Andy Roberts who dealt with us was excellent and showed a lot of care and consideration as we are elderly. Diane who was on reception looked after us superbly and was very kind as it was a stressful time for us. All the staff are very good we have dealt with them over a number of years.
