The service recall required checking seatbelts. In the process there seemed to be a software shutdown/update. This resulted in the car registering a loss of GPS and the car not being visible in the app: I could not see it for mileage or communicate with it all: all app info was not visible, This was apparent before I left the garage, and ‘waiting and seeing’ did not ‘fix’ the problem. A call to the showroom on return home resulted in my being called by ‘Danny the tech’ at home. He was patient and understanding while he lead me through the fix - which required that I ‘ untick’ and then ‘retick’ a box ( he said try it Ashe wasn’t sure - and it resolved the problem and returned ‘visibility’. Your colleague was really good (and deserves to be thanked/praised) but the problem should not have happened: BMW have not tested their software adequately. Perhaps this will happen to other cars who require a service recall fault check

The overall experience was great and Greg Bailey was amazing. However, the vehcile I test-dove had heads-up display which I liked and assumed it would be available on my car because I was told the test car and mine would have same features. I was surprised when I got the car and there was no HUD. It was then I was told that the test car was technology pack while mine was comfort pack. It would be nice if staff make it clear that features may be different depending on the pack, especially if the test and purchased cars differ in packs.

When I rang I was told yet again I was on the wrong service plan and I needed to pay £124.00 for the oil check / service, the service plan I am on did cover this check.There was a lack of communication as I was the one constantly calling the garage for an update.My car did have a fault with the censors and this was replaced. A curtesy car was provided but I did have to ask for it.I was informed my car had been valeted! I'm sorry but it was discussing.

I really think you need to reinstate the collection and delivery service. Experience took 3 hours out of my day. Some confusion between Zenith and BMW (probably Zenith tbh) led me to believe that the car was going to be picked up until the day before the service. Will take BMW's advice and book directly in future. Service staff very helpful and friendly.

Yes happy with everything except in the past years of bringing my car to you I have always had a engineers video which I found very interesting as they point out any small or large faults but for some reason haven't had one yet.
