Because I was fortunate to deal with Richard Green who sold me my first BMW in 1995 and the following 9 further 5 series that followed.Without him I find it hard to gain a feeling of customer care which 30 years of loyalty and 10 cars should merit. Without even mentioning how much I’ve spent in that time.

I only called in to quickly take a look at a car I noticed on line. I met Mathew Acton who was brilliant, supper helpful in showing me the car, allowing me a test drive and running through the finance options. All round amazing service, especially considering I did not have an appointment. I have been Porsche Customer for a number of years and have never received service like this.

Initial enquiry over a weekend took a little time to follow up.

Sam provided the information I needed in a professional and approachable manner. He enabled me to explore the car and provided contact details to arrange a test drive. Unfortunately, I had a family crisis and my daughter was hospitalised so I missed the opportunity for the test drive appointment and the vehicle has since sold!

Sam did everything he needed to do, got the test drive arranged, went through the controls and put together a deal for part exchanging my car

They did a good job ln one day , however when the car was booked in I was asked if I wanted the car washed i said yes but it wasn't.
