I recently took out a 1 series from yourselves. As then I had a problem with my left rear tyre as fount out it was the valve that was faulty from inside… this was slightly frustrating however the fella Sam bell has been great. He’s made sure the problem has been resolved and communicated greatly with myself, he’s kept me up to date on the vehicle and was very understanding. Thankyou very much.

I was missing my locking week nut after my MOT however my overall experience was perfect!

I was offered a wash and Vac for my vehicle when I dropped it off but it was not completed on pick up. Other than this I was very happy with the service.

Return calls from service department, after asking a costing question. Call owner when vehicle service has been completed.Return e mails.Great people & service but just need to communicate by phone and e mail more effectively. The change to lookers has not really helped.
