Booked via the My BMW app, which didn't transfer the booking to the garage, who had no idea we were turning up. Luckily I rang the garage the day before to ask a question, so was able to correct the omission.No point in having an app if it doesn't connect properly to the garage.

I recently took out a 1 series from yourselves. As then I had a problem with my left rear tyre as fount out it was the valve that was faulty from inside… this was slightly frustrating however the fella Sam bell has been great. He’s made sure the problem has been resolved and communicated greatly with myself, he’s kept me up to date on the vehicle and was very understanding. Thankyou very much.
