The booking process via the call centre was not good. Never got an email confirmation. Frankly did not inspire me with any confidence at all.Proper customer service and satisfaction will NEVER be achieved using call centres who have no understanding of the subject.It is bad enough dealing with noon-technical service advisors at the dealership.My personal opinion is that to customer satisfaction, people at the service desk should have a good understanding of what work is being carried out. Clearly that is not the case with your comapny.

Have to say that during our search for a particular vehicle, we have visited many showrooms/dealerships, and Blue Bell BMW in Crewe were by far the most friendly and helpful of all of them. Particularly Sam Bell our sales person and Richard Mann (Finance Director) who took time to show us round the vehicle on a Sunday morning. A pleasure dealing with you.

Regrettably a micro filter was inadvertently fitted, despite my request for an oil change only, due to its low mileage. To include the filter under a different service criteria would have involved a further cost to me of £90 circa. This was requested on vehicle collection. I was not happy that I had not been forewarned, an obvious oversight on behalf of the Dealership. I am pleased to report however that Matt, handling this matter, agreed a misunderstanding had occurred and therefore the original quotation would be honoured by the Dealership. This is the main reason behind some lower ratings, but in the end I was treated well, as one would expect from a BMW dealership.
