We have been dealing with Richard Green for years now, with multiple BMW purchases and he never lets you down. It would be easy for him to be complacent, but he isn’t. He provides excellent service, attentive, responsive and does just the right amount of ‘selling’ without overselling. This purchase we also met a new young chap (Luke?) who showed us how to use the new app etc and he was exactly of the same ilk - ie responsive, helpful and just because his tech skills were far superior to ours, he never made us felt inferior with our tech knowledge.
