I spoke with Sam Bell who talked me through the different options and helped me choose the specifications, he explained everything simply and clearly. He also kept in touch regularly to update me on my order and when I got my car he helped with the paperwork and answered all my questions. Thank you so much for all your help!

Took my bmw for an end of warranty health check and mot everything was carried out professionally the staff were knowledgeable especially matt who was my service advisor the waiting area was warm and clean also the showroom was excellent I would recommend bmw crewe.

Price was miles out from what I was charged. Had to return as dealer couldn’t complete the job so I incurred 2x £17 taxi fares extra which I would like refunding. Service co-ordinated (Matt) was excellent but overall disappointed
