Car serviced really quickly and great professional and friendly staff. I would have welcomed a quick clean of the car as is usual, however I do think they completed the work quickly as they knew I was waiting in the dealers. Overall no issues

The Gentleman on the service desk in Crewe was great to deal with.Would prefer to book direct with Crewe rather than going through a call centre who don’t know the regular customers.
