Took my bmw for an end of warranty health check and mot everything was carried out professionally the staff were knowledgeable especially matt who was my service advisor the waiting area was warm and clean also the showroom was excellent I would recommend bmw crewe.

Price was miles out from what I was charged. Had to return as dealer couldn’t complete the job so I incurred 2x £17 taxi fares extra which I would like refunding. Service co-ordinated (Matt) was excellent but overall disappointed

Being a customer for 4 years and buying a new 2 series grand tourer I asked for a discount and was told no but they did give me a small discount on my MOT was disappointed I never had a wash n vac
