Disappointed that the car had not been washed as always has been before when we have taken the car in. Apart from that very good.

Sam Bell was brilliant! He took time to compare what my Audi had to what was equivalent on the BMW. He also took into account my budget and came in slightly cheaper than Audi. He even stayed behind on a Saturday evening to run me through everything. The process was really quick and smooth.

The vehicle went in under warranty for an engine warning light fault? The vehicle was kept in overnight whilst a faulty DPF sensor was sourced. Disappointed that it wasn’t fixed in a timely manner, as this was the only vehicle at our disposal.

I am very impressed with the service given by Samuel Bell.Unfortunately due to being tied into a company car for another 20 months (was told I wasn't two weeks ago...) I couldn't purchase the car but that was no fault of the garage or the service I received.I will be in touch in 18 months!ThanksGreg

Call me old fashioned, but I have owned quite a few BMW’s over the years. 3 nearly newfrom Blue Bell Crewe. New cars & nearly new from Halliwell Chester. Valeting was part of the service, also curtesy cars were readily available. Not having to wait weeks to book a service when a curtesy car became available. Somewhat the tail wagging the dog, finally the verbalquote over the phone jumped from a little over £400 to £530 when I collected the car.☹️
