The car was looked after by th e technician very well, it felt great when I drove it away. This was overshadowed by the effort that two of the men at reception showed with regard to sorting out an issue. They were brilliant.On a slightly different note, early October, I ordered some replacement door mirror parts for my I3. They were in the body shop not much later and I'm still awaiting them! If the survey had been about that, I would have given the parts side 5 stars, your body shop would have no stars

As you are no doubt aware we have bought a new BMW roughly every three years for a very long time and on every occasion we have dealt with Richard Green. We came to Bluebell Initially to follow Richard who we had dealt with where he previously worked. We keep coming back because we believe Bluebell and Richard are the best. Was initially unhappy with an extra charge for an inspection that wasn't explained at the time of the initial booking, and the fact that I had travelled further than I would normally as my local dealer is in Shrewsbury. Add to this they wouldn't provide a courtesy car or clean my car, and I was quite disappointed. I spoke to Matt in Service, who spoke to his Manager. They reduced the price by a considerable amount and cleaned the car for me. I couldn't have asked for a better response! Thank you!
