Would always deal with Greg Bailey he offers a process service and makes you feel valued and explains details clearly and goes above and beyond. Very difficult to reach by phone, both in booking service, and when I needed to contact them re the courtesy car they provided. Trying approx 10 times is unacceptable.

car washing would be welcome. you used to do it, not sure why the outside cannot be washed, there is no covid risk involved

Was not offered a test drive on the very first time I came in. Was told to I would need appointment if I still wanted to go ahead - was shown a vehicle on first time but could only test drive on second attempt.

The software needs to be updated to show that the car has had a brake fluid change as it’s showing it still requires changing.
