Really satisfied with the communication I received prior to the car service making me aware of a service recall that had to be carried out, arranging a courtesy car for me and then keeping me up to date with progress and when the car was ready for collection. Taking into account the new "normal" I don't believe anything could have been done better than the customer service I received from Blue Bell Crewe.
