Was not offered a test drive on the very first time I came in. Was told to I would need appointment if I still wanted to go ahead - was shown a vehicle on first time but could only test drive on second attempt.

The software needs to be updated to show that the car has had a brake fluid change as it’s showing it still requires changing.

Disappointed with lack of curtesy car and car wash not being available. Other car dealerships have reinstated these so cannot understand why BMW haven’t.Also seem to have stopped offering a drink to customers whilst waiting.
