Great no problems everything was done the free video was great to see and everything was explained to me about the condition of the underneath of my bmw I would highly recommended bmw crewe also the prices were not to bad.

The dealership offered a collect and drop which ha stopped due to Covid which I accept. The dealership also offered a compementart wash and vac which has also stopped. I would have thought a complementary wash would be restarted

Rob Lester, the salesperson who we dealt with, was really helpful. We were unable to order the colour of car we required due to the build problems at the moment but he alerted us to a cancellation which offered us the car we originally wanted. He worked really hard to amend all the order details and the finance agreement.

Ryan was amazing the whole process took about three hours end to end. Everything was very simple and quick. The hand over and quality of the car is excellent. Very happy. Cant recommend Ryan and Blue Bell Crewe enough.

Excellent all round service. Completed quicker than expected. Rachael in service- what a star!Really pleasant, was able to answer all my questions, a real asset to your company. I also deal with a Ford main dealer, vehicles never ready on time, jobs not carried out, endless excuses. I suppose that’s why I purchased a BMW. (They’re not bad cars either!)Please let Rachael know, she deserves praise. One point, it’s brilliant having a dedicated advisor, it saves going over the same points with different people
