The service was handled efficiently, staff were very polite and helpful. However, during a phone call some of the information provided lacked clarity but this was remedied when the car was picked up. The service manager was well informed and very helpful.

The BMW Customer assistance was excellent. Very impressed how quick the work and the prebooked service was completed. My only observation and disappointment was that the vehicle was not valetted. I always thought this was completed routinely after a service. Overall though excellent service throughout.
