I was extremely impressed with service and attention given whilst my vehicle had a Service and MOT at Crewe Branch earlier this week - I am very pleased with the work carried out and the Video Vehicle Health Check as very useful and informative. I was contacted by Steve the previous day and given a time slot to drop off the vehicle and when complete he contacted me, as promised, to notify work was complete and to arrange a time to collect - payment was taken over the phone to speed up the collection process and maintain best possible social distancing practices. Many thanks to Steve and the gentleman in Service Reception who dealt with me at drop off and collection , both very professional.

Car booked (with oil leak) via your central appointment system following notification of problem to my preferred BMW dealer Bluebell at Crewe. Car booked in to Bluebell within 4 working days and the fault fixed under warranty within 24 hours of identifying the issue. Excellent service as usual.

Faultless service, from booking my car in, dropping it off, to collecting it. I was advised that I only needed an interim service having had it booked in for a full one, and it was ready for collection by lunchtime

Unfortunately due to covid and this "New World" we now find ourselves living in. My experience with bluebell started out a bit shaky, my biggest issue being lack of communication, I get it, and did not expect a daily update. But like bluebell I was learning to live in this "New world". So nine months later and a better understanding how this all works, Karen and David really did go all out to make it happen, showing me that bluebell really are a dealership that can be trusted to get over any issue that arises. Making sure the customer's experience from start to getting the car they want, is exactly what they get, Bluebell Bmw have definitely,. "Adapted and Moved Forward". I would definitely recommend going using Bluebell BMW, and thank you Karen & David for making it happen
