James, in sales, contacted us quickly. He collected a car from another site to give a choice of cars we had selected. The whole sales process was smooth and efficient. James even came in on his day off to hand over the car. Excellent service throughout.

Good customer service and experience. Professional service desk staff. Could however be improved by providing a more definite time slot for drop off and collection as the basic running in service itself obviously did not take all 7 hrs that the dealership had my vehicle for

The service was handled efficiently, staff were very polite and helpful. However, during a phone call some of the information provided lacked clarity but this was remedied when the car was picked up. The service manager was well informed and very helpful.
