Letter received through the post regarding a recall, called up the next available day to book with BMW Crewe. On the call, they were helpful and polite throughout. They explained courtesy cars are currently unavailable due to the COVID situation. Upon arrival, it was clearly marked at the reception what each desk was for. Clearly visible information about precautions also. I was greeted at a safe distance by a lady who asked for my details and got the right documentation for my recall. It was shown and explained to me there was no charge etc. I was instructed to drop off the keys in the designated key bin before being told a time estimate to which I could pick up my car again. Later in the day, I got a call to say the car was ready for collection early. I also got a free health check which I wasn't expecting. The video was professional and understandable. Picking up the car was easy and pain-free. After entering the premises, I was greeted at the reception before telling the same lady my car details. I was shown work completed and again there was no charge. The lady took my outside to show me the car's parked location and hand over the paperwork which had a 'Sanitised' sticker on it to show it had been cleaned. Overall very pleased and will continue to use the dealership.

Another impressive performance from the service department with all work carried out to high standards and on time. I was kept informed of progress throughout the process.

Service provided was top notch, with good provisions made in light of the Coronavirus situation.
