Matt was really good to deal with and quick to send over videos and answer any questions I had, the score dropped as I sent an email to apologise for not being able to get to his site and never heard back a reply to my email to even acknowledge he’d received it.

We called into the Crewe Mini dealership and were dealt with by Matt Lubbe. We had visited to look at in detail the mini clubman and countryman to compare the vehicles. Matt was very knowledgeable, polite, understanding and made us feel at ease. We had a test drive in both vehicles and decided that the Clubman suited our needs very well. There were none at the dealership so Matt took our details to keep an eye out for us. Very friendly service, not at all pushy.
