Hello I drive 150 miles to put a deposit on a porsche because the car looks nice advertised as full service history then it turns out after I did my own research that it hadn't because the last owner stamped the book himself as doing the maintenance himself which because of the last service from porsche it would of needed s major service i asked if they would do it then i would buy it or at least give me a discount which I was told no so I asked for my deposit back which is fair enough I have received it now the car is still advertised the same price as before without the description of the fsh.i was disappointed that the outcome was like this

Came into speak about a new vehicle 28/01/26Asked about an extended test drive on 29/01/26 - was told you were having a new fleet of mini UK cars so this shouldn’t be an issue - was then told area manager needs to approve - have chased numerous times - last communication was 30/01/2026 - promised a call back within 2 hours when spoke to manager -

cust tried to purchase a car from yourselves but would need it transferred to Worcester as that is where she lives. Crewe have advised that they weren't able to transfer the vehicle even though Worcester said that is possible. The cust would have put deposit but was told that she would have to go to Crewe. Now there is someone going to Crewe to test dive the vehicle with a potential of purchasing the vehicle.

Good MorningI am sorry to have to complete this form for a second time in the space of a few weeks as this seems to be the only way to get a response from you?I have now sent 4 emails,and have left 3 messages through calls and still had no reply!! I was contacted yesterday by Mini to book in an MOT and explained I am waiting to discuss a used car purchase and they kindly chased someone at your garage to call me back and promised I would receive a call yesterday afternoon,but still nothing!10 days ago the manager contacted me after submitting this form and said Matt would call me back that day which he did and took all my details to look in to options for me,but yet again I have heard nothing. I appreciate these things take time and know I’m not the only customer wanting to look at buying a car but even if Matt had emailed me with an update that would have been better than hearing nothing or me having to chase with 2 additional phone calls to ask if he could return my call/emails?My current car was bought from you last March and was impressed by your service and staff then but unfortunately I am losing patience waiting as there is a reason for me to look into options of changing my car and will unfortunately have to look at other dealerships locally if I hear nothing from yourselves very soon.I work in a hospital so it is not always possible for me to answer a call so I would be grateful if you could email me (jleah208@yahoo.com) with any update and preferably ask Matt if he was able to look at my situation and options for changing my car as we had discussed. Hi I have tried ringing and leaving messages and have even sent direct emails to a specific sales person and main email enquiries to ask for a call/reply regarding a sale over past 2 weeks and had no reply at all! I am starting to consider going to a different dealer to look for another car!

I purchased an approved used mini from yourselves in December 2022. I am now trying to sell the vehicle and I am being told that it has a missed service from 2021, as well the fact it needed a service in 2023 (despite the fact I queried this at the time with Joshua Hewett and was told it didn't need one). I am being told by another mini dealership that due to this missed service history the car is worth a lot less. This is unacceptable given the car was an approved used mini and hence that means it should have had full service at a mini dealership upon purchase.

On Friday 21 November, I telephoned my chosen dealership, Lookers Crewe, to request a diagnostic appointment as my car had a knocking from the rear, an appointment was arranged for Friday 28 November.  I received an email confirming the booking. when checking the email on Sunday23 November, I realised, for some unknown reason, the person I spoke to at Lookers, Ruby, had booked me into Stafford! Rather a surprise as I had not telephoned Stafford nor requested Stafford as my preferred location. Due to this I immediately went to an online chat and thankfully, the appointment was moved to Crewe.  The following day, Monday, I received a telephone call regarding the online chat and the Stafford appointment, and this was confirmed as moved to Crewe.   Another email was received, confirming the Crewe appointment, with the location and address, which took me by surprise as being at the Lookers BMW location.  As per the email confirmation, I presented at the BMW location on Fourth Avenue, Weston Road in Crewe on Friday 26th, the Gentleman on service reception, saw my mini key and immediately looked a little embarrassed, explained that there was an issue in the new  system and that the email should have stated the appointment be at the Mini dealership on Gateway, Crewe, rather frustrating!I arrived at the Mini dealership and was a little perturb that I could not be given any information on how long the car would be or when it would be looked at. I left me key and arranged transport to get me home.  On collecting the car, I was told that a part was needed and had to be order and I would receive a phone call to tell me when it was in and a further appointment would be made to replace the part.Today, December 3rd,  I telephoned the dealership service dept to ask if the part has arrived, I was told, by the receptionist, parts go to stores, I'll have to check as I don't get notified. Four hours later I telephoned again and was told how busy she has been and after some time on the phone, I was told, yes, the parts in and asked if I wanted to make an appointment. Rather bizarre, as I wouldn't expect to not have an appointment for fitting. We were apprehensive at using this dealership, as when looking to buy a Mini toward the end of last year, we visited Crewe, spoke with a sales person, left details of what we liked on the forecourt and the spec we required, and to date, we are still waiting for a phone call to give us the information.I would appreciate your feedback.

The member of staff,Matthew, was extremely helpful and pleasant. He organised my test drive for me and on the day and he answered all my questions.
